I picked up a rental today through my insurance company and had one of the worst customer service experiences with the assistant manager Courtney Weaver. I had a valid paper copy of my license, an expired copy of my license and passport. I understand the difficulty with paper IDs but the way Courtney handled the matter was in no way polite or understanding. She was unbothered by the whole situation and left the other associate, who I assumed was training, deal with the issue without having all the answers. The other associate was polite and provided customer service that you think would be trained to provide by the assistant manager.
