Almost annoyingly helpful. I got mobbed by every employee i walked by. They were short a lot of plumbing fittings but i think it has more to do with the weird times we’re in. I’d recommend them even though I’m a Home Depot man myself. I dig Milwaukee and Lowes don’t sell it

Over charged me for 4 boxes of project planks a couple weeks ago. Few planks each box were broken as well. I went back and they told me to walk back to go take a picture of the price which I did. They honored it (rightfully) and refunded me. Went back for an additional box (since multiple planks were broke) and they changed the price back to $27 I informed them how they are all broken and I just bought 4 boxes at $15 showed them the picture. She tried calling a manager over the intercom 6x finally multiple very helpful employees tried to assist and saw how bad the boxes looked. Still no manager. They brought me upfront and then the cashier called twice for management no answer. The 4/5 employees were also frustrated at the situation and lack of management help. Really a shame for the poor employees having to keep apologizing for the poor customer service. Walking out a manager comes strolling by. No time now to engage since the poor employees scrambled to help after it took nearly 20 min to get this worked out. I know customer service is bad right now but if your a manager do better for your employees and customers. I didn’t want a problem it was really an easy solution. They were far better assisting me than the no show manager.

Needed extra bed boards and they got me right! Friendly service and great people. P.S. Tell your employee who wears the Astros headband over his braids that Southwest Houston is proud of him...Know-I'm-talm-bot?!!!
