Went for a burger and was told that the burgers were still frozen,,and could not order. How's that? Got chips and a draft and went back to the house. The beer was good as usual. Needed one with a burger. Not today. . Some days are better than others. MMM .

Not sure why, but we had a 20-30 minute wait on a Sunday and half the restaurant was empty. I've worked at chilis before and Sunday after church is prime time. Management needs to schedule their people better. Also, the hostess was poorly trained. She didn't wipe down any of the menus after she was handed them. She didn't know how to greet customers. She just said "How many?" There was no greeting or even a "Welcome to Chili's." Overall, the food is outstanding and this kitchen really knows how to make those chicken crispers. We'll be back for sure, but likely only for take-out.

Absolutely one of the best experiences. Right after the event, allot of people had the same idea to go here, We first walked in to an understaffed shift and the team quickly realized it took care of everyone. Food was great and staff was great. The burger igot was huge and juicy and cooked to perfection. The corn on the coin was so good my 6yr old had 2 orders of it. Thank you

Wonderful dining experience. Greeted with kindness, seated and order taken quickly. Food was out within 10 minutes. Our waitress checked on us 4 times during our meal. The food, Steak Fajitas, was so delicious. I deleted a prior poor review from months back...The staff here is turning their service around..even though they are still short of workers. Kudos...👌
