Horrible experience, got a queen room apparently it was a smoke room and smelled horrible couldn’t breathe in there , also killed roaches appon entering staff could care less about dirty sheets and burns in the comforter I ended up leaving and didn’t get a refund didn’t even stay the night please save yourself the trouble ! I slept in my car and felt more comfortable than in this roach infested hotel.

I booked the room with points when I booked the suite I was thinking it would just be a larger room but it was actually so much more than I expected and so clean the entire hotel smelled nice and was very clean!

Older man at the front desk has poor customer service skills. Not friendly at all, pretty rude to be honest. Room and hallways smell musty. Found a cockroach in our room and on the hallway walls. Our bed sheets had holes, shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Overall not the best hotel but had to sleep somewhere. Oh and beds sizes are not queen. More like full size beds.
