Pretty bad for a walmart DC...2 stars only for the security check in..nice guys. Ladies in the office are overworked and you can tell by their faces they hate being there. You stand in front of window and noone acknowlodges you for like 5 min. Then its the kind of place where you feel like youre bothering them. About 6 1/2 hours to get out of here. 3 to unload and the rest to get the paperwork. All the same product btw..

My appointment was 5 am and checked in the receiving office at 5:15 and rude lady said you’re late you supposed to be here at 5 o’clock and said i was in line at the Guard check and she said i don’t care about that i want you to be here on time Sooooo rude never come here again

Unprofessional lady in office. Was mad I came 5hrs early and stated I don't know why security let you in the gate. I told her he called someone and they said it was OK. She got even more upset and gave me a dirty look. But if I would've been late it would've been a problem. Pick and drop off were 3 hrs apart. Pick up time was 12 and drop time is 8. If someone in receiving allowed me past the gate she shouldn't take it personal and should still stay professional regardless....maybe she didn't like my dreads🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️
