I guess I should be thankful that Olney has a shoe store. In saying that they won't special order the size that you need because your company is buying the shoes. They charge my company full retail price so why does it matter? Basically not willing to help someone with the shoes you need so it's not worth the drive over there.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
We ask that you please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to be transferred between banks, this does not include weekends or federal holidays.
