Since moving in I was interested to see if my experiences match up to those who reviewed here previously. For those that rated it high, I certainly agree. For a couple of people who had negative comments about a place they were renting or the"grumpy" people here I can only say that my experiences have been very different. The rental unit is likely the result of an owner or the person they hired to clean and manage the rental for them so I can't say much about that--certainly a bad rental experience doesn't mean the whole complex is the same so consider that. And the people here have been very friendly. I have found the complex to be well cared for including the pools, and the residents and staff are friendly. We love living here.

We rented at Island Cove and walked in to a filthy condo; moldy water in the dish washer, dog urine smell in the carpets...We spent 5 hours cleaning it. Received no compensation from the owners of the Unit and heard from other renters that this was not unusual at Island Cove.

Most of The elder people that live there are grumpy, Obnoxious and unwelcoming, Even the people that works there are the same. Negative vibes are strongly present in that place. I really can’t wait till my lease is over so I can get the Out of that place.
