Dr. Steven Hauben is a very very good doctor he has been seeing our newborn son Logan since he was born at the hospital across from the office. I’ve been to other doctors for my other sons and I have to say that I have never seen a doctor so knowledgeable and professional like Dr. Hauben he is one of the best pediatricians I ever met. The only that hurts the office is the receptionist lady with the red 2 tone hair is very obnoxious and talks extremely fast to the point that you don’t understand anything that was being said at all. This lady is extremely rude and we were on our way to our sons appointment with the doctor and called Ahead to let them know we would be a few minutes late as soon as the lady with the red hair answered we cannot understand anything that she was saying she was talking so fast like 100 miles an hour and she told us that we can’t come there because the doctor stepped out and she would like us to come back tomorrow so we told her we were already on our way and we will wait for the doctor she kept persisting for us not to come. When we got there we talk to the other receptionist with the brown hair and glasses she was extremely nice and let us know that the doctor was back and just to wait until he is ready for us we did let her know about the lady with the red hair across from her house she was very rude and obnoxious totally unprofessional. The other receptionist apologize for her but besides This issue we absolutely love this doctors office and everybody in here sweetheart besides the one receptionist

They never take by appointment.. wait almost hours after even ur appointment...

Raising 5 of my grandkids and have been taking them here for years. Generally happy with them until today. Called to make a yearly appt for all of them for check ups. Was advised that they could only see 3 of them and the other 2 would have to come back another day!!!! What?? With work schedules and gas prices why would they require that?? So other patients don't get upset they have to wait??? What kind of sense does that make? Set appt times correctly and there should be no one upset! I don't understand this at all!

Always running behind. If appointment is at 2pm they don’t call you in until 2:30pm then they leave you waiting in the room for another 30min. Be prepared to be there for at least 2hours for just a normal checkup or appointment.
