You are the most despicable people l have ever encountered in the field of of medicine.is it your job to turn people away in a crisis?then you have done your job well.none of you should have a license.my daughter called last Monday and was extremely ill.she couldn't breathe and was passing out work.you told her to drive to long bch..she works in Fullerton.she has never called in sick in two years .so I know she was in bad shape.how dare you try to kill my girl.she went to Iraq for a year and this is your Thanx.you x the supposed trtriage nurse and some guy who answers the phone treated her like garbage and I know why.ive been their with a Vietnam vet and you close your offuce A's early as 2oclock MN he now goes to a clinic in o.c that is excellent.tou told her because she didn't have a copy yoy refuse to see her.well, dam her for being healthy for a year.excuse me,dont you pick PCP s for the patients.i didn't know that sge gets to choose.sincw when?.I think you two incredibly ignorant people should be_____ d___ d.

I have nothing but praise for ALL of the staff at this Clinic. The security guard was the first person that I came into contact with and he was very helpful in securing my bicycle and even tracked down a charger cable for me so that I could recharge my cell phone while I was there. I have been greeted by three different front desk personnel in my three visits so far, and all of them have engaged me in friendly conversations while checking me in and on my way out. While waiting in the reception area several personnel including nurses asked me how I was doing and shared their smiles and words of encouragement. Nurse Jennifer was very thorough, professional, helpful and friendly while taking my vitals and inducting my into this Clinic. My Dr., Dr Nguyen took the time to listen to all of my concerns and she was very thorough, professional, helpful, and friendly also. I have every confidence in her abilities to be one of the best Dr.’s that I have ever had. This clinic makes me feel like I am part of the family and I couldn’t possibly ask for a better Medical Clinic to call home.

How do I start.. I had to go there three times in order to register. First time I went there 30 minutes before it was about to close, and front office staff told me come back next week with the new patient form filled out. I came back next week, but the guy who could register wasn't there due to doctor's appointment or something. They never apologized or anything. I came in for the third time and finally got myself registered. Gosh.. Did blood test last week then came back yesterday for an appointment with Dr. Patel. I went in for taking history and taking vital signs. This Caucasian nurse, I think her name was Christine.. She was very upset because I did not bring my medication bottle, which I have been taking for hair loss. I knew the exact dosage and the name, but she made it such a big deal out of it and scolded me multiple times. Anyways, then she asked my date of birth literally 5-6 times because it was entered incorrectly. She told me to bring my VA insurance ID card, and I did. Then she said it was not enough in order to prove that I'm the right patient. It must have been one of the front office staff who entered my date of birth wrong. She said I will have to drive all the way to Long beach business office in order to get this corrected. WTH? Are you kidding me? She was being extremely rude the whole time I was there, treating me like a private during basic training or something. She got me so mad, and I almost walked out of the clinic while she was taking my vital signs. It's not like I have all the time in the world to drive all the way to Long beach. Your front office staff made such a stupid mistake, and I have to drive all the way over there? I'm a very busy professional. I work as a physician assistant in primary care, and patient should not be treated this way, especially our veterans. Also Dr, Patel, he does not know how to do a proper abdominal physical exam. You are supposed to lay the patient down, inspect first, then palpate their abdomen. Not just feeling their belly sitting up before inspecting! Also, Hemoglobin A1C 5.7 is not normal. You are supposed to tell the patient to cut down on processed carbohydrate and exercise or something. What kind of medical school did you go to? Where did you do your residency? I could give this place negative million stars if I could. Why does VA clinics always treat me like crap? Is that because I'm an Asian, or is it because I did not serve during the Korean war? I served during OIF/ OEF. I spent time in Iraq for 15 months. I was honorably discharged after serving as a medic for 4 years. Why do I have to be treated like this?
