Staff is always courteous and accommodating. Never had a bad experience in almost 2 years of renting.

Great customer service, professional, my favorite rental car company!

I made a last minute reservation (like thirty minutes prior to showing up). They did not have a small car as I requested but had a truck to offer me at a higher price. Totally understandable as it was so last minute. They were as quick as possible to get the truck cleaned up and ready for me and had me on my way within thirty minutes. Very kind and efficient service. Thank you to the whole team for helping me out.

I paid $200 a week for a midsize including taxes and fees. Not including insurance they try to push you to purchase, but is not required. That is an additional twenty-something dollars per day. I think you can get the economy car for around 170/week.
I paid a littel $400 for 4 days

Unacceptable service.
No but become an Enterprise member, you get a small discount and you can accrue some free day rentals. Also look at their prices on Travelocity sometimes they're cheaper than Enterprises website (or app).
You would need to set up a ride with a closer enterprise, but call them and see if they have another location as they are family owned and operated.
No its not included in the price. There is an additional charge for baby carseats I believe its $8- $10.00, and they charge your credit card you have on file for the tolls after you drop the car off.Depending where you are going- tolls can be as little as $2.00 or as much as $12.00. Also, you could just go through the cash lane and pay cash as you go to avoid these charges on your card.
Yes if traveling you will need your flight information If a local resident you will need two utility bills with no past due amounts showing in order to rent a vehicle
Dang. Just read on Lyfts website that rental car express something or another isn't available in my city. Closest cities that offer it is Tampa Bay and Miami. Bummer
