It's a dirt road at the end, but it is passable in my little sedan. Just be aware when the pavement ends. Cool hikes to devil's kitchen from this trailhead

A few faucets and it says its potable I drank sone and it seemed fine though my wife would only use bottled water for herself and the babies bottle.
