Really awesome. It's one of the last few campgrounds we actually have some of your own space when you're camping. You're not mashed against everyone else.

Spot 41 was a great for my husband our 3 1/2 yr old and myself. Bathroom close and hillside to the back of the site. The camp host was so nice and helpful.

New, extremely friendly and accommodating hosts. Exceptionally clean Campground nestled within very tall pines, with the most well-kept pit toilets I've ever seen! Lots of tent- campers here, so you won't have to feel self-conscious if you don't own an RV. The campground sits right on Haskins Cove, which is a great location for beginning kayakers or anyone who wants to just kick back on the water and relax.

Great lake experience. if you pay for the campsite you can use the boat ramp but you can't leave your car down there unless you pay a boat ramp fee. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars.

Mitchell, For good info on Haskins Campground, go to: http://www.californiasbestcamping.com/plumas/haskins.html where sites 10 and 14 - 29 are listed as first come, first served. You can also call the campground at (530) 283-0256. Good luck!
The family had it for many years and though it still has there name the camping is now run by PGE , PGE owns all property around lake with people having a lease from PGE
