Dr Cheng operates a top shelf practice! Not only is she very knowledgeable, but she takes the time to actually listen! No rushing here.. She really cares about your concerns and goes beyond any Doc I have ever seen to remedy the problem. Also as a real bonus, her entire staff is outstanding. They show compassion and empathy for their patients. They are always friendly. This practice has even followed up with next day calls for my visits! I was treated for rash and hives🔥 Not a critical issue. They still followed up with me. Very impressive. I give it a 10 all the way around. For dermatology in our area there is no other !

I visited the office for ten months for a precancerous area on my nose. Dr. Cheng never took a biopsy and never spent more than ten minutes with me at each visit. She gave me Flourouracil and then later froze the area and then later burned it. Then told me I had warts in the area. After ten months with little change in the area, I visited another Dermatologist who did take a biopsy! It is precancerous and finally clearing up thanks to caring and diagnostic insightfulness.

Been going to this office for a while now. If you read the negative comments you get some good stories of people blaming others for their failures. Never met a rude associate there, guess if you are nice they will be nice.
