Working with Megan at REP has been nothing but a huge blessing. Megan is firstly very knowledgeable and dedicated to her work, she helped walk me through a very difficult situation and made it so easy. REP is lucky to have a such a huge asset in their business. My daughter has a rare chromosome disease and has many challenges she faces daily. Megan talked to with such kindness and compassion and went the extra mile to help my sweet baby girl. When I call Megan, she immediately takes charge and helps me through whatever obstacles are in my way. I’m glad I got introduced to Megan (REP) through the HSC, two amazing companies that truly care from the heart ❤️

My family was first introduced to REP via HSC for my young daughter’s (age 5, then) first wheelchair in 2020. As you can imagine, that was a scary and nerve wracking process (so we thought). The team at REP in Alexandria were SO amazing with my daughter - they even brought out Barbie in a wheelchair to get her comfortable with the idea/ show her what to do. Since the chair fulfillment, I’ve walked in for on the spot adjustments (growing child) to seatbelts and other tune ups. Just today, Rodney welcomed me in, with no appointment, and completed a seat belt adjustment so my daughter can safely attend an upcoming field trip to the National Zoo. He was also incredibly informative regarding steps to obtain an adaptive bike - so my daughter can safely bike with her big sister. Thank you REP! I especially love that I can walk to your location from Cameron Station!

My new chair is so comfortable. I’m an adult with cerebral palsy and very difficult to seat who has used the same basic chair for many years. Wayne had great ideas and made four different visits to get it perfect. He spent many hours making all adjustments needed and requested. I am satisfied with the final result and I highly recommend REP.
