Very small older post office . Very little staff . Note no copy machine . Should have one when the courthouse is 2 buildings away from it. Very low staffed was in and out pretty quickly.

I mailed payments for my mortgage, and other bills on January 4th from the JT post office. As of January 30th they have not been received. I am now responsible for multiple late payments due to the non-delivery of mail. What's up with that?
