I hesitated on paying the full price (with video), but I was not the least bit sorry. It was worth every penny. The tour was led by a woman whose understanding of the history was encyclopedic plus she wasn't going on rote memory; she addressed our questions and presented the history in an entertaining yet face laden way. The museum was her prop, but it was perfectly assembled, and so the story became not only about economics but about people. She was also fun. It was evident she loved what she was doing. I was sorry I had a schedule or I would have stayed much longer. If you go to Jim Thorpe, please add this to your list of things to do.

Seems to me like maybe the base of a train car, that's just a guess though
11am to 5pm. Thanks!
Jim Thorpe was a relative of mine though I never met him. I heard there was a Jim Thorpe Museum. Is that true?
