Should be zero starts. Someone in the auto care center cancelled my online order then put in that I cancelled it when I never spoke with anyone. Understand - I will be calling to report the entire department. I hope you lose your job.

I called and they told me they will not do apts. First come first serve.
It varies from how long the line of persons trying for that same service. I have spent in the past somewhere between 45 minutes to an hour plus.
