I've never had less then exemplary service at this store. The staff are quite knowledgable about their products and always helpful. I went in today for what I though would be a hard to find part but they had what I needed after some modification. Its nice to have a brick and mortar store around for those difficult finds. Needed a hard to find fastener and washer. The clerk helped me find what I needed through a non-traditional route that was still cheaper than buying a bag of these fasteners and washers through Amazon. I appreciate the extra effort, being able to confirm that I had the right items on the spot, and the pleasant conversation with the clerk. Really a positive experience.
