Gave me the wrong information about native trees I bought one year and sold me a plant that was Not what it was labeled, and then refused to respond or reply to my calls and emails. Years ago this was a great place , now I will never return.

The website has been a great tool for purchasing native plant seeds. I’ll missing being able to order from their website, but to those who are local take advantage of their fantastic selection of native seeds!! This place has been the best seed resource for selecting hard to find native plants for the rocky mountain west and high desert.

I love how this nursery has drought tolerant plants and focuses on native plants. I think that more people should work on planting native and this would be the place to shop.

Tomato plants will start arriving in about 3 weeks.

I am looking for a bay laurel tree/shrub. Do you have them in stock?

Hi Eydie, we don't typically carry those here they're not quite cold hardy enough for our climate here.

Buffalo grass seed with clover did not sprout. Good water and did it before much heat here in Albq. Wildflowers -desert did not either. Too late to plant more clover right? Need inexpensive ideas for perimeter dirt sections of yard. Anybody?

Buffalo grass seed can take a while to sprout. The night time temps are just now getting close to where they need to be. I would give it a little more time.

Need a small, low water need tree to plant near sidewalk?

They have them.

When is it safe to put 1 gallon containers of these plants in the ground? (I live near ABQ. airport in an area lower than Ridgecrest) Catmint, ornamental oregano, Gallardia, Rue and these shrubs: winter Jasmine, blue mist, cherry sage ?

Now is a good time. As long as the plants are not just out of a green house, and have been "hardened off," you can plant them anytime now.
