Just wanted to recycle computer parts. I called at Bowie location girl said she didn't know if Staples did it. She had put me on hold and asked someone. TShe said they do and I knew that from my city website. Just wanted to make sure before I went there. Arrived and asked her where to put all these parts I recognized her voice. Still she didn't know about the recycline and and I waited for 5 or 10 minutes until her supervisor on the phone got off his call just to I tell me go there and unload your recycling Computer parts. Not a stellar report but not awful. Perhaps the young girl was newly hired. She was sweet but not trained. Staples!!!! Gotta do better.Train your employees. That goes for most big chain stores. Sad.

Victor in the printing department has horrible customer service. Instead of printing out 2 pieces of black and white paper for my black owned small business, he decided to inconvenience me after I waited patiently in line. No manager has ever told me “they do not have time to print out papers because they’re trying to go on break and not enough staff.” please raise minimum wage so your workers do not have to ever act like Victor. He also should find another job if he doesn’t like printing papers in the Printing papers department. Thanks to Syed for making my experience better. 2 stars for Syed saving the day.

I went in to have a sewing pattern printed.The customer service was outstanding ! Mateo was very helpful. Thanks 😊 Update…… I just picked up my patterns and everything was perfect. Again customer service was great! Thanks Victor 😊

Needed to have some flyers printed, the printing manager is amazing! She was able to show me how it would look, told me about a current sale she could apply to my order, was able to save me money and get my flyers done quickly.. Ill be going back for my future business needs..
