Dr Merritt is one of best dr’s that I’ve been to and far as I’m concerned she is providing me with excellent treatment and service and seems to be very concerned with my health issues and always guiding me in the right direction even if it’s to see another doctor and the nursing staff is great I would love to thank the whole team

Tried to see this office but when I called to reschedule the appt the staff gave me a really hard time. People have chronic conditions and sometimes need to reschedule. I tried to reschedule 3 business days ahead of time so there should have been no reason to give me trouble. This is Terrible customer service so I just canceled the appt. This policy is a great way to fldrive away patients.

I hate giving this sham of a business one star! Don't bother going if you need any kind of pain medication. They do not prescribe that there. They offer absolutely no solutions, just pass you off to another place once they have your money. My son suffers with chronic pain and cannot take many of the meds for it because he only has one kidney after donating one to me years ago. Look at his hand! Those lumps are full of uric acid and calcium crystals which just stab all day and night. All his joints are like this. This joke of a nurse practioner said for him to go to rheumatology. DUH~ We've been to so many but they cannot help because he cannot take the meds. My son, a grown 37 year-old man, was literally sobbing in the room witht he doctor and unlike so many, his pain is VISIBLE! Nope. Just passed the buck and didn't listen even a tiny bit to my son pouring his guts out. They want that insurance money. Worst place and staff ever. Don't waste your time or money.

Terrible experience I would not recommend anyone go here for pain I was going to National pain and spine for 2 years in white plains MD I was denied my rights for a year to see the actual doctor but I was being treated with pain medicine there but sense denied my rights to see the doctor I made a appointment at lifestream in hopes to talk to a real doctor and 2 years of being on meds lifestream said they would not prescribe me my medicine they said they normally don't prescribe meds on a first visit these people are not helpful terrible experience you can not just decide to take a patient off there meds after one visit after the patient has been on meds for 2 years I showed up with proof of a 3rd injury to my body from a car accident so if anything I should of been prescribed more than what I've already been taking these people are a joke no help the doctor was younger than I was and told me I should find a old doctor because he was so young he could not prescribe pain medicine and risk losing his license seems to me he is in the wrong business people should not get into pain management than tell patients already on meds they can't prescribe medicine if anything someone should sue them for not doing there job at a professional level I should of not wasted fuel and my time to be turned away when I was only on 10 mg meds to begin with I was told on was on a very high dose seems to me the guy should study more to know what he is talking about unreal very unprofessional people don't waste your time

Hi. We have a specific protocol for this because there are appointment types we can do online, and appointment types that we cannot. We will reach out regarding your situation. if you are sick and have concern that you could have COVID-19, we will have you NOT come to the office. I can have the team reach out to you first thing Monday to help with your situation. Of course if you are better by then you can keep the appointment you have.
