Had a great experience at Bowie Md location until I got to Yvonne at the end. She was rude for no reason to the point I didn't even get glasses after my vision exam. I went to another company to get glasses. She gave me the wrong prescription so I had to come back 45 min later because she refuse to email it to me just to another dose of rude knowing she gave me the wrong prescription purposely.

I have been going to this location for about 5 years out of convenience but haven't ever been really happy with the customer service. Today was different. The first person who greeted me was so kind and apologized for having me wait while she helped another customer pick up glasses. The tech that did my pre-screening and assisted with the exam was so kind and understanding and easy to work with . The doctor was phenomenal and really listened and answered any questions I had. This is the dream team at this location and I will be happy to return with these amazing people working.
