Terrible service. Do not come here. The lady that works up front, maybe manager long red hair, is so rude. She doesn’t work to help people, no customer service skills at all. She got a personal call and was on the phone for like 45 minutes before she attended me. She said she was in an important call, I can hear it was personal. Horrible!!! After 45 minutes of waiting for Her she called me in, I wanted to rent a trailer from UHAUL, you can tell she didn’t want to help me so she started to find any excuse that was wrong with the reservation. After waiting for so long and her not even trying to help me (no customer service skills) she didn’t like my attitude and told me that she wasn’t going to rent me anything!!! I got so upset and started screaming at her. I couldn’t believe that we live in a world where people are just plain rude and don’t want to work or help others. I went to another store and wow what a difference the girl was super helpful and wow she was able to help me with no issues. Walked in and out in 10 minutes.
