I am very disappointed in the operation of the store, they specifically offer you the opportunity to schedule an appointment online and offer a $10 off the repair. However, when you provide the coupon for the $10 off they inform you that it is something they do not participate in at that specific store which is very deceitful. I definitely won’t be coming back to the store especially after learning that they’re not certified by Apple to repair phones so you’re already taking a risk having them fix the phone.
