Becareful applying here. Applied for an apartment spent $755 on the application. As soon as I get approved I get a call back saying the apartment is no longer available. To make matters worse they are holding my application money hostage for 4-6 weeks. Completely unacceptable my money left my account the second I pressed submit. Getting my money back for an apartment that was never available should be the same. Sorry isn’t a magic word that fixes all your problems

I enjoy living here very much! The staff is always available to assist, and the building overall is clean. The recent updates in the clubhouse are gorgeous. They have areas that you can remote work in. Osvaldo and Meredith are wonderful! I highly recommend living here.

What can I say about Portico?? Well first off, my husband and I's move here was an unexpected one. After waiting to hear back from an apartment we originally loved in a different area and not getting effective communication from the leasing office , my husband and I were getting anxious because our lease was ending soon and no move in date seem in sight. I checked out Portico and found the perfect 1/1 floor plan and just applied without even touring the place. I read reviews and so we were really just taking a leap of faith and Portico blew us away. Once applied I was corresponding with Majorie who was quick and efficient about what was needed to be approved. We applied on Monday and literally was approved TUESDAY. The very next day! We received the move in day for Thursday. Just wow. So quick and easy. Now the actual apartment is nice so far. No major complaints. The grounds and the amenities! Just fantastic and I am not a person who even really cares about all the amenities but im just so excited for all that this community offers. I am happy to be a resident in this beautiful community, and will update as I get adjusted. :) THANK YOU PORTICO TEAM FOR BEING SO HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT !
