They absolutely have the worst customer service. Put you on hold and transfer you to wrong department. Asked to speak to manager they replied no manager available. What in the world is going on. Trying to prevent from going to the store because i live long way from them and don't want to drive and waste gas for nothing.

I know at the Home Depot where I use 2work semis park there every night but by the time they open they're gone

I have gad one bad encounter with one female supervisor as well. How ever! I have met more friendly and helpful managers who even bent over to greet my toddlers so i think you and I both an experience with one bad 🍎. Give them another try. I did! And it went well.
