This is so true. I was wondering if it was just me.

True they will keep you on the phone for the longest. Today I experienced it.

Sure, it did happened to me when the whole self check out station cashiers has to be reset

Yup did it to me. I drove there still on hold and said you can hang up when I arrived at the store.
