It all depends on how busy they are and if they have someone at the customer service desk.
I've found that no matter which location, The best time to call would be in the morning or early afternoon. Or google the number for the department you're trying to reach
Lol it is a coin toss. Most of the time you can't get through.
Everytime I've been in there the customer service line long.
Customer service is abysmal at that Walmart location. You better off going there in person to get any kind of service.
I've never placed a call so I can't really speak to that. Sorry.
