This is a very patient friendly office, they know what they are doing. My doctor, Emma Williams is wonderful, she explains everything to me and is very personable. Been going for six years, I am always on time and so are they!!

I wish I had seen the reviews before I visited this office. My previous doctor moved out of the area. I was excited I found a doctor that had appts after work hours. I was even willing to drive 30 mins to go to the office. The doctor was super nice. A month later I got a $267 bill. I reached out to inquire about the bill. After a ton of reaching out I was told the office said its because I came in as a new patient. This makes absolutely no sense. All my paperwork from the office says annual checkup. If I knew this visit would cost me that much I would have never went. This office is beyond shady.

Imagine doing all the legwork for Johns Hopkins to streamline getting signed in, and still having to wait in Exam 14 for 1 hour and 15 mins with two kids and not being seen for a simple flu shot. We didn't need an exam or anything. Just the flu shot. I was respectful when I went to the desk to ask how long a typical wait was for this location and the man behind the desk stammered something alluding to being understaffed. Don't fill the schedule if you cannot accommodate.
