Close your eyes and imagine this scenario. It's December 8th and your wedding is in April. You picked out your suit for yourself, your groomsmen, parents, and officiant. You're excited! However, you were told that the groom's suit had to be back ordered. You clearly asked for total transparency so that we could look elsewhere, just in case they couldn't get it. But, they reassured you that it would be okay. Dec: Took measurements. Told that I did not need a deposit. Said that it would be ordered. Jan: Called asking about status. Pending. Working on it. On their white board. Went in-person for groomsmen fitting. Also, asked for status. Pending. Working on it. Feb: Called. Pending. Working on it. Went in-person for more fittings. Pending. Reassurance. Working on it. Mar: Went in-person for another round of fittings. Confusion amongst team & manager. Took measurements. Said they would call back. ***They called me saying it was not ordered and if they order it, it may not come in time. ***Why was it not even ordered? Not ordering it … is not a supply chain issue. That is in your control as an operator. At least tell us sooner and not wait till the month before. No accountability. How would this make you feel? After, we drove to Suit Supply. Bought my suit there. One other shady practice: Asked for all groomsmen to get a Slim Fit. Found out later some are Classic Fit. Lesson: Trust but verify. Verify tags and take pictures before altering. Advice to management: Create better SOPs. If you do not know what that is. Google it. Also, be honest with clients. All I wanted was a honest transaction. Be vigilant if you are partnering with them for your wedding.

All tux rentals come with the tux jacket, pant, shirt, tie or bowtie, cuff links, and studs currently starting at just $69.90. We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance to avoid stock outs during the busy prom and wedding season.
