What a scam - assigned a room where a/c didn’t work. Upon complaint, they say they can’t do anything right now. Late at night, my friend booked an Airbnb and left some luggage as it was late. Next day, when he showed up to pick up the rest of his luggage (admittedly after regular check-out time), rather than apologizing and crediting the room, they charged 100$ for late checkout. The hotel was not fully booked, so they didn’t loose anything due to the late checkout. Hope they go out of business!

Positive: This was the worst experience ever. The room is nasty and disgusting. Stink like pee. One week and housekeeping never changed the sheets. No breakfast included neither. I will never come back or recommend to anyone. Negative: The only good thing here is the location. Nothing else. This is no a hotel. This is is a cage for cockroaches.

Room is ok. Toilet doesnt flush. Water in shower is not to hot. The amount of fee for pets is redicoulas. Should be 1 set fee not a fee per animal. Pool is completely nasty an green an their free breakfast is not worth the walk to the lobby

I would give 0 stars if I could. We checked in on 4/29 only to find roaches in our room (living and dead). We were told there were no other rooms available and ended up leaving and staying in another hotel. Manager Ashley told me that she would have a new room ready for us the next day and would refund us for the night we didn’t stay. We came back the next day to find out that she only refunded us 50% of the amount of our nightly rate because “that’s the best she could do”. Do not stay here.
