Rooms are very nice, staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is a tad inconvenient - garage is across the street. But, not a deal breaker. Views are nice and the rooftop bar and pool get crowded with urchins in the pool. Otherwise, enjoyed my stay and would visit again. Nearby bars and restaurants are easily walkable.

My wife made reservations for this weekend for my son's baseball tournament. I called today to verify our reservations and they couldn't find it. I spoke to the manager of reservations that was located in Houston and all she said was oh well we can get you a room but your going to have to pay $299 instead of the group rate of $199. No apology not even trying to help out. When I asked for her supervisor she got nervous and hung up. I'm a Marriott member as well. Very disappointed and now I have to find another place to stay. I appreciate the great customer

Awesome location, and the room was clean and modern. However..... the pool was grossly inadequate in size based on the size of the hotel, with five (yes, FIVE) total lounge chairs that guests were literally fighting over. The pool water was really dirty, gross. No hot water in the shower, the room lock was not functioning properly and we had to lock and unlock the interior about five times before it would work. No towels in the gym, no towels at the pool, and the second floor elevator would not go down (you had to push the up button, then get in the elevator, then push down). The breakfast hot food was cold, and the room AC was really noisy. I regularly stay at Marriott for branding, but this visit overall was really disappointing.

Beautiful hotel on riverfront. Nice rooftop bar, restaurant with wonderful views. Small rooftop pool with chairs and tables, even an outdoor foosball game area. Clean rooms. Short walking distance to nice restaurants and drinking establishments on Old Main Street.
