False advertisement. Clerk lied that it is a safe place. Hazardous room, even though it was renovated. Urine and musty stench. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE. We did not stay there.

Looks kind of "getto" from the outside, but the rooms were ok, newly renovated floors and bathrooms. Just wished the a/c would had work better and for more water pressure.

This was a fair deal. Understand what you're getting for the price. It is not a fancy place. The bathroom and floors had been refreshed with nice tile. It was walking distance to the minor league baseball park and a nice find of a restaurant in a converted house in the neighborhood.

Price was good. But the place outside was not. Blue tarps on the roof on multiple buildings. Blankets on the bed with hair on them and stains which perhaps were bodily fluids. Yes the room may have been freshly remodeled. But if that was the case wouldn't the doors have been painted? Even exterior doors leading to the back of the place with a bathroom push lock inside? The locks on the front were keyed not cards and the top lock key and the bottom lock were not keyed alike so we could not lock the dead bolt after we left. Yes the door has the anti pick protector on it. On the dead bolt that we could not lock. When questioned about the rooms and the payment we were told that because we had a reservation we would likely be charged any way. Bottom line. Pay the extra and stay some where else. A place that can afford a small trash can in the room as well as the bathroom.
