Needed a new battery, went to AutoZone first, as it was where my buddy got his. They told me they couldn't put it in. ( The part the guy said could easily break, was held in by a simple tab. ) Went to Advanced, which is always my go to and sure enough they had my battery in stock and not only put it in, but confirmed my old battery was bad. You just can't beat the customer service at Advanced, hands down the very best. Thanks very much, Uwe, you are the best.

I recently went in to this store to purchase some windshield wipers and a very helpful employee helped me choose and find the correct ones for my car. I don’t realize wipers could be difficult to put on and he helped me with that. Thank you for that great customer service, and for the installation of the wipers. I recommend all my friends to this store for great customer service. The employe’s name was Sal. Thank you again, and Advance Auto Parts store will be my store for car needs from now on.
