I went to exchange a battery I had purchased the other day for my Jaguar. I had an error message stating "bad battery". When I came into the store I was speaking to someone behind the counter and let them know I need to exchange the battery and why. The manager came from the back with an attitude and said they would need to check the battery to "make sure" that was the reason before they could exchange it. He seemed to think I was lying about the reason for exchanging the battery. So I agreed to wait for them to test the battery, they told me it would take about 2 hours to check before I could exchange it. I went to the parking lot to wait, after about 30 minutes I decided to just purchase a new battery and figure out the exchange later on. I went into the store and explained I would just like to purchase a new battery and then once they saw the old battery was defective we could figure the credit out later. The manager came out and said, "No you're not." so I said, 'You're not going sell me a battery now?" He eventually got a new battery and practically threw it down at me. He was so unprofessional and rude for no reason he completely tried to ruin my day and it was uncalled for. I never went in the store and had an issue until I came in today.

AutoZone is it auto parts store. They sell a wide variety of OEM standard Parts as well as aftermarket parts for vehicles. When you go inside the store or call you can give them the make model and year of your vehicle and then what part you're looking for and there is a pretty good likelihood that they will have that part in stock or in a nearby location for you to pick up. The prices are pretty fair and a lot of their parts do offer a lifetime warranty or at least some kind of warranty at that.
