I been to this store a couple of times going to this location and purchasing items NEVER had a bad experience until today! 5/2/22. My truck has a fuel pump issue that needs to be fixed, but my truck works perfectly fine how we have it hooked up for the moment as far as fixing the issue it is expensive so why not work with what you can right?! There's a fuse that needs to be shut on and off in order to save battery. Apparently we did not shut off the fuse the night before and my battery drained. I sent my husband to get it charged around 9am MIND YOU, this battery was given to us three weeks after buying one FROM THIS LOCATION because it drained and we we're told the battery did not charge so you can say the first battery had warranty. Okay so after leaving the battery for 4 hours ''the store manager'' JARRED, told my husband the battery never charged. My husband did mention to Mr. Jarred that our truck had a fuel pump issue. I took the battery across the street to Advance Auto Parts and they had it charged with in 35 minutes! I am very upset with how Jarred spoke to me on the phone after I told him something must be wrong with their chargers or something! He said to me ''Yeah and you need to get that fuel pump fixed have a good day!''.. You guys are full of it. I've spent good money with you guys to be cheated this way. OH and Advance Auto Parts gave me a receipt printed on it ''GOOD BATTERY! voltage 13.11V'' so what NOW??!

Do not waste your time going here. The “store manager” Luis or Lewis light-skinned young man who was extremely disrespectful. I simply came in looking for a battery for my vehicle keep in mind I’m the only customer in the store and I asked could I purchase and have a battery installed and he tells me “No” no explanation given just says “No” he didn’t say give me a moment, he wasn’t helping other customers just simply “No”. Now he says he can’t leave the store unattended I understand that mind you their are not 1 but 2 other employees standing RIGHT behind him just staring with NO other customers in the store. It’s a way to speak to people as well as provide service and LUIS OR LEWIS did not do this whatsoever. Don't waste your time going here to receive service as well as being treated like an inconvenience.

Carlos and Jonathan were amazing when it came to fixing my battery and the knowledge they shared about my car! I would recommend this store above others due to the time and attention they took to fix my problem. Thanks guys!
