I had a great experience when leasing our vehicle 2+ years ago, but this time things were less than great. We were basically told there are no inventory, at the same time they were running a Toyota summer sales event. I was kinda forced to test drive a hybrid even though I specifically said I didn't want that. No comparison or upcoming deals were offered and then all a sudden they found a demo model. Which they very quickly presented and not offering a good look at it, nor a real price, started processing our purchase. Even though we never took that for a test drive or offered to lease. My husband and I were pretty sure we could have waited a week or two for something we really wanted. But instead we kinda felt obligated to buy this one and now that we have it for a week I notice things that I would have changed or perhaps even purchased our own lease instead. We also received a pamphlet in mail stating $50 for coming in etc and we never got that either. Anyway I kinda like the new car but wish I had options before signing! I refuse to believe that they have no cars for sale? It's a dealership for goodness sakes. If they really had no cars they would go out of business....

Received a courtesy check of my Rav 4 because it was performing differently. Kevin was my service agent. He was welcoming, courteous and answered all my questions. He even showed me how to check the oil in my car, which was very helpful. There is an older gentleman who helps checks in the cars for service, I don’t recall his name, but is is always super nice and has great sense of humor. I am usually fortunate to have great customer service when I come in which is a 3-4 times a year and typically don’t request a specific agent to work with, but I would definitely ask for Kevin again!
