Fix the city streets instead of worrying about trash on peoples property

I find the folks at the City of Raytown, and city hall extremely helpful and polite. I spend a lot of time in Raytown. I'm reading reviews regarding a security person at the "Teasdale state building" and wondering why un-informed people are thinking this STATE building is a part of City Hall in Raytown?? If someone at a grocery store what rents space from a city is rude to you, do you go to the city to complain? NO! You should complain to the grocery store. Come on folks, stop acting like sheep.

Saw Darth Vader (security guard) being extremely rude and abusive to visitors. She would not identify herself and hid behind a darkly tinted face mask.

Sewer service will not return my phone calls to ask a simple question about my billing. They are "busy assisting other customers" every time I call, so I leave a message. They have yet to return my call. Update: I tried calling a 4th time, and someone finally answered the phone. They were able to help me.
