Website advertising 1/2 hour wait. I waited for 1.5 hours which I can understand happening from time to time. The gentleman who arrived was very knowledgeable and did a good job hooking up and towing my vehicle. The website advertisement on the other hand was downright deceptive. Advertised a price if $75 plus $3 a mile. Towed approximately 12 miles and the bill came to $187. When I questioned the charges I was told the website hasn’t been updated!

I was stranded 40 miles from home and was left hanging by AAA at 11pm. I called several other local tow companies, most of which were closed by that time; those who weren't were charging nearly twice what Bullet charged. They sent out two of the nicest drivers, who showed up in 30 minutes. They were super fast and competent - I watched as they hooked up my car with skill and respect and was relieved that they towed it on a flatbed. Can't say enough about how kind and patient the two drivers were, dealing with a stressed out lady at midnight!
