Towed my car even when i had a parking permit in my apartment complex. I was told I would get reimbursed because they did wrong by taking it but haven't seen anything yet and it's been about three weeks now.

My car was towed around 2am on 7/6/2022 without warning. I called and scheduled an appointment to pick up my car at 8:25am. When I arrived at my appointment, Jessica (I am not sure if that is her name because she did not seem to want to give her name, she was a white woman white a short hair cut), she was extremely rude, indecent, unprofessional, and inhumane. My partner and I attempted to explain to her that the front office at apartments was aware that our car was in the shop and we had just received it on Friday when the front office was closed, it was closed for the weekend and on Monday due to the holiday, then come Tuesday the car was towed without warning. As we are attempting to converse with her, she is obviously becoming annoyed because she kept saying "Well, I wasn't the one that towed your car" and offered no help at all other than saying management does not have a direct line so we could not call and provided us with a card. As my partner asked her "why, she continued to say that? If she is a representative of the company, then she would be the person we needed to address our concerns with." She proceeded to tell my partner to SHUT UP, not be quiet but to shut up. Prior to even giving us our car, she slammed the window several times while my partner was standing there. She snatched my partner's Driver's License, after receiving payment she once again slammed the window and a receipt had to be requested several times, she shoved the receipt and Driver's License into my partner's hand. There are more small passive aggressive acts that we experienced as well such as the condescending tone, lack of empathy and making suggestive comments that our issue was not her problem, etc. This interaction was unacceptable and a huge unnecessary inconvenience especially when ewe were customers by force NOT BY CHOICE. No one should have to deal with this type of treatment. No business should work with them until they get better staffing or train their employees better.

Comm tow does the work their hired to do. I personally like and know Vito and he's a great guy. My only issue with then is when u come to pay the women at the trailer act very passive and weird. I came to pay to get mt vehicle out and this over weight girl with moles one her face just stared at the window looking at me for 3 minutes and never moved to open it and speak to me. There was an older women when I had to return bc I didn't have the proper paperwork and she literally was treating me as if the tone of my voice was loud and I needed to calm down. I do understand they deal with some irate people who wanna blame the world thay their car has been impounded. But I'm not one of those people and I feel they should have a much better attitude towards people and be more polite. Vito is an awesome person and does his job well and is so easy to talk to. Rheir staff needs to be more like Vito honestly.

Extremely rude customer service. Had to make an appointment to get our car that was parking was it was supposed to be at our apartment complex. They are the shadiest tow company I have every seen. If your apartment complex uses them find a different place to live. Shady people hire shady people. They decided to be an hour late. So over two hours after we called they decided to show up. The worst tow company in Manatee County to say the least. I would give them Zero Stars if that was an option.
