If you get a car and haven't had it 30 days..why do you have to pay another down payment if you want to trade out the vehicle due to multiple problems?

You shouldn't have to!! If the problems were legitimate, and undisclosed they should be happy to apply your money to another purchase. Sounds like you are dealing with crooks! It's a down payment not a deposit..

Because com tow and used car lot are crook's I won't do business with them even if they paid me
