I wish i could help. They towed my car from my spot, with a sticker, and forced me to pay $250, then $65 per day storage. They wouldnt give me managers name either. Or even his name (guy eho answered the bell". Very unethical company! Complain to your association and the BBB.
Yes thank same situation happen to me just left the guy who says he is half owner very very nasty a rude very rude not only to me but another customer this needs to stop calling 9 on your side i will see this all the way through this sad and they lie i spoke to some one told bring lease then he says he didnt say that not cool or ok at all
Call the BBB and the state license department you can look up any business name and it gives you owner information and normally a number.
