My pet dog was brought in at 10.30am and finished with her shots at 1.30pm . I didnt get her till after 3pm Talked to the dr..I told her about situation she hung up on me.Not friendly when you ask questions .Its not like you can talk to the doctor in person. She was trying to talk over me.There is more. 1st time since Affordable hospital.

Used to be called the affordable animal clinic and they lived up to their name. They were affordable and the service was good but I think they got bought out, now they are the Torrance companion animal clinic and every time we go they say our dogs are dehydrated and they need all sorts of shots and medicine and then our bill is ridiculous. Recently instead of getting all the extra stuff the recommended I took my dog to another vet for a second opinion and they said they were as healthy as could be, I showed them the list of stuff that was recommended and they said I didn't need any of it.

They are great staff but you have to have your own animal insurance or they will give you a pamphlet to apply for credit if you're not able to afford the price of the treatment that your animal need.. but other than that they are great with examining your animal prices are reasonable

No walk ins. Call first to make an appt. Recently took my dog in. Cost for exam was $50. And it's also no longer ONE of the Affordable Animal Clinics anymore.
it's not that much it's more money for dog than there is four a cat
I've never had a problem with anyone here not answering the phone. The front desk is great at answering my questions. Now, getting an appointment is another story. This facility is "first come, first served". Depending on your pets emergency they will move you up accordingly. Get there early, 8AM to be one of the first. They only have one or two surgeons on staff and they are busy all day. Don't forget your pet carrier. Hope your cat gets better soon.
Yes we do
$150 with anesthesia included
I dont think there 24hours they open around 9am
I got my cat her rabies shot like 2 weeks ago and it was $15. I would think it should be about the same for dogs
I'm not sure would have to contact them for that type of info.
I paid somewhere around $150
If your dog foaming around the mouth or its gums are gray instead of pink. If the dog's breathing is labored. You should take it to the vet.
As of the beginning of this year, every dog and cat have to have at least one check up in order to receive vaccinations since the affordable animal hospital in Torrance changed ownership. You’re better off going to petco for just vaccinations.
20 dollars
First time visit is free.
Before 5pm when they're having surgeries to do. But if you call first they can let you know if they are busy
They only see dogs and cats
I paid 250 for a package deal
If your animal has parvo then they will charge $200 for hospitalization by the hour not including treatment. It will run you up with a very expensive vet bill.
I paid $100 that included everything
Do they Finance their at the affordable clinic for a cherry eye surgery
In cost? No not compared to other veterinary hospitals. However you have to have patience. Very high volume
I can't seem to be able to send you a private message... But anyways!!!! I've been taling my pets over to The Golden State Humane Society since 2009... They have long wait time's... But they are very affordable on prices... They are not a full vet... But they have a low cost vaccination side... And a low cost vet exam side... The doctor charges $20 to examine your pet... Flea pill is maybe $20 Plus SHOTS?!.. I want to say you will walk out paying $100 max... I paid about $120 for 2 small dog's and my cat to get everything done... 3 Animals for $120 is great!!! They are located in Long Beach 😉
Yes
Yes they do
Our dog had surgery here to remove two tumors. Excellent all around!
Yes, they're open 7 days a week.
check-ups are reasonable in the range of $30-40.
Your cat got either an excessive amount of flea poison that wasn’t the right amount per pound or you didn’t let the treatment site completely dry up. It is recommended to not let your pet lick the treatment spot until fully dried. Once dried it is safe to groom. Please use a cone to void any future repetition. Or just buy the flea and tick pills from vet makes it much easier to administer that drops.
