Stopped last weekend to use the loaner tool system and get some parts. Rachel greeted me with a smile, and while it was clear she was new, she did a fine job. Positive attitude and a smile. We made 3 trips eventually, and all went smooth, easy, and uplifting. The world needs more people like her. Kudos and thank you. I hope this review makes it to the store.

Walked in looking for exhaust fluid, gentleman behind the counter said how may I help you?, Then proceeded to hand me exactly what I needed at the right price. Not much more I can ask for out of it visit to AutoZone. Maybe a beer or perhaps a Coke with that smile. Lol
