I was bitten 13 times on my legs, along with 2 rashes on my thighs after staying in room 204 on 3/21/22. I provided pics to the hotel manager as well as corporate, along with filing a complaint. While they claimed to do a bedbug inspection, which they said was negative, I find it hard to believe. I doubt they would’ve told me either way. I filed a dispute on my credit card. Any reasonable person in a management position would make a proper decision-not there. I simply asked for a credit for my night stay, and they refused. Poor Management, poor decision-making, and simply dirty. Go down the street toward downtown Sarasota and pay an extra $30 or $40 for a night without risking getting bitten by bugs. Stay away.

Positive: Bed was pretty comfortable Room was quiet Location is good Negative: Towels were rough and small. Soap dispenser in shower did not work. Shampoo dispenser worked but shampoo watered down. breakfast hours narrow 6-9am. For people use to Eastern time that maybe ok, but for others this is too narrow.

We stayed here three days/ two nights a few days ago. Upon arriving, the desk staff greeted us and were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the linens and beds were clean as well, no complaints there. Breakfast is back to normal, (no t graband go) and it was nice and hot. The eating area was clean. Housekeeping is not allowed in the room yet (unless staying 3+ days) due to CDC guidelines but you can go and request clean towels anytime. They were even delivered to our room late at night! The only complaint was there was a weird smell in the halls and occasionally could smell weed in places in the building. Overall, a great clean place to stay in a convenient location to many stores and gas stations. The ladies working in the check in were amazing!
