Very slow check in process and you always run a hour past your appt time so why bother giving you appt. Stop scheduling so many people in a day.

Just rrude customer service at the front desk check-in. Felt talked down and unwelcomed by the check-in staff. Not professional at all.

Never can get appt when needed claim they have same day. Staff are rude. Always long wait time for appointments.

Overall, doctors and staff have been courteous. Try to snag the earliest appointment or you could be waiting 1 hr+ past your scheduled time. My daughter has a limbal dermoid cyst, she's been coming to Wilmer since an infant and we were always told to wait until she's 4 or if a few specific changes occurred. She turned 4 and at least one of those changes happened; however, now the doctor is saying wait until she's 7+ without providing any reasoning beyond minor potential issues. My issue is that even as the parent, these doctors do not make you feel that you have a choice in the treatment. If the risks are communicated and the parent deems them acceptable and wants to proceed with surgery, the doctors will give the run around for months/years - "Oh make an appointment with the corneal surgeon" then the corneal surgeon will refer you back to the ophthalmologist, who will refer you to another ophthalmologist, and so on. I've now moved on completely from the Wilmer clique for this reason. Tired of the games.
