It's complete garbage, I've been needing an appointment for three months because in emergencies they send him to one for that clinic, but in reality it's very disappointing that in a first world country they supposedly have such a poor health system, my father died waiting an appointment at this clinic but when we called they did not want to attend to us

My rating is based on my experience as a WALK-IN, first time, dental patient. I tried calling the Columbia dental office SEVERAL times. I finally gave up after a couple of hours, & decided to just go over there. When I arrived, I was treated with kindness & respect by each if the people I came in contact with...The busy Latina receptionist Diana, I believe, was very courteous & informative. I was seen after a couple of hour wait (which was ok with me, because I walked in). A tech named Shawn (sp), was in credibly efficient & kind...Then Dr. Chibb came in, & was also kind, efficient, & informative. I could've given this office 4 stars, because of the fact that I HAD to walk in, because the phone system SUCKS!!! But this office staff & Doctor, more than made up for the lousy phone experience. Also, I've seen several reviews concerning the pharmacy. I had to contact the dentist later on, by phone...no answer. Thank Goodness, the Pharmacy person answered the phone, & instant messaged Dr. Chibb, who took care of my issue.

Personally I have no complaints, I have always had good service from the people who are in charge to the Nurses, Laboratory staff and others. My children have been with Dr. Raymona Smith for 5 years, and we are happy with her, very professional, friendly, she always listens to us and answers our questions, we have no complaints about her, or about the clinic.
