Expensive but you get what you pay for in quality and design. If you can it's worth it to spend a bit more and have furniture you'll love forever!

Made the drive over to Grand Rapids to look at some Stressless Recliners, etc. I had heard of Design Quest but had never been to the store. It was well worth the drive!!!! The store is very nice with high quality furniture professionally displayed. The most impressive part of experience was the service provided by Tom H. He was nothing short of amazing with his helpfulness and product knowledge. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything per se but rather pointing out all of the things I should be looking for in a recliner in terms of fit, overall comfort, options available including bases, leather, color, power vs non-power, etc. He knew everything you’d ever want to know as far as the Stressless line of furniture go. One of the best sales staff experiences I can remember. I would highly recommend a visit to Design Quest if you are looking for high end quality furniture and exceptional knowledgeable sales staff.

Hello, If you can either text a picture of your lamp and the connection you are struggling with to the store at 616-940-9911 or email them, there is a good chance we can help.

Greetings! I purchased a chair from Design Quest some years ago. The 2 inch cloth tape, that provides the seat and back, needs to be replaced. Can a person purchase this kind of tape? Thanks

I agree with the previous answer. Call Design Quest. They can help with repairs. Second choice is to find an upholstery shop. There are too many variations of the kind of strap you need.
