They have a parking lot

Most people go uphill to the left when you enter the parking area. There is a large parking lot there with regular and handicapped spaces and access to the main entrance on the first floor. If you go to the right, there are a large number of handicapped spaces with easy access to the lower level entrance and the elevator bank. (There is a radiation/chemo office on the lower level; hence the large number of handicapped spaces.) There is regular parking in that area too.
