Dr cole is Amazing but her staff not so much I wanted to say Say I had to change my daughtersPediatrician because one of her staff members didn’t understand my daughters issues she is now going to be seen at Children’s national pediatrics but I wanted to say thank u to dr cole u did your best thank u for everything but my daughter needs to be with children’s for everything because they are more Trained to deal with my daughters issues On another note dr saway is a fraud he takes advantage of his patients now he wants u to pay more money for a service that gives him more money sorry dude your a scam and a fraud I'm so glad I left your practice I'm now working on getting my grandparents away from this terrible place. Dr swink was a great doctor but when he left this place went to hell

Was recommended this practice and started seeing Dr. Sheikh and my husband Dr. Saway. My first appointment went well, but I have had to wait for providers for over an hour (both in office waiting in a room in a gown and online for telehealth). During the in-office experience, I went up to the desk before I was taking back to a room (it had been 30 minutes at this point) to see if I needed to reschedule. Providers get behind, I understand that, but despite the surprise on the front office's staff (they were nice), I was told I'd be taken back shortly. I was and then waited in the room for 30 more minutes in a gown. Needless to say the appointment was rushed. My husband's appointment was rescheduled for three months out because Dr. Saway went on vacation and didn't come back on time. Today, I was supposed to see a nurse practitioner on telehealth at 11:30am. by 12:37 pm, I was calling the office. At 12:40pm, some poor soul from the office informed me that they had gone on lunch. Bruh. They have no care for the management of their time. Don't even bother.

I am very disappointed this doctor office. Been going there for years. My original doctor no longer there. There was suppose be a zoom appt today. They couldn’t figure it out.

The office staff of this practice is borderline incompetent. They are very rude over the phone. The doctors also don't seem to want to spend time during a well visit for a thorough exam. Even after getting some routine lab work, they not call to go over the results. You have to chase them for a week or so before they get in touch with you. I will be seeing a new doctor from now on.
